Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label which will be deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
The warranty for Pocket Dispo products is specifically tailored to provide coverage against manufacturing defects, ensuring that each item meets our high standards of quality and performance. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase if registered within 30 days of arrival and is limited to the original purchaser only. It covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 1-year warranty period.
Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer, including but not limited to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, or alterations. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including but not limited to the gradual deterioration of product appearance or performance under regular use, is not covered under this warranty.
